Perfect Degree arrived on time. Worked very hard to diagnose the problem with the natural gas furnace. It was quickly repaired. The cost was very reasonable. I had previously received an opinion from the contractor I normally use that the furnace was ruined. I decided to get a second opinion. Perfect Degree -- JW was tech -- are my heroes.

Scheduling appears to be a challenge for them, possibly because this is the busiest time of year. The technician was quite late, and we did not get updates, but once he was on the job he completed it quickly and to our complete satisfaction.
