Perennial Builders

Perennial Builders installed all our interior T&G (walls and ceiling), trim detail and tiled our floors/showers (over 2000 sq ft) with great quality and efficiency. We will be calling them for our other homes, awesome crew to be around!

Sean and his team did an incredible job on our deck project. We had a very tight turnaround between rental guests, and they worked hard to make the timeline happen without sacrificing quality. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding, and the finished deck turned out even better than we envisioned. My experience has been extremely satisfying. Work was done on floors, hanging large chandeliers, putting large inlay in a wood floor, restoring large antique bar, putting in cut metal railing, painting, new steps for house entry, installed new shower, and more. This has been a great experience. They are like family.
