Small project but they did a good job

In summary, Pennington Construction did excellent work on waterproofing/making repairs to our balcony. I would highly recommend this company. They were professional, communicative, and performed quality workmanship.

Needed full deck and balcony replacement. Eric provided a quote that covered what I needed and was very much in line with prices I researched prior to his visit. The team, led by Pancho, arrived everyday around the same time and got right to work. This was a polite, hardworking crew who understood what needed to be done. Everything was cleaned up every day when they left. Pancho worked as hard as the crew and made sure my needs were met. The finished products exceeded my expectations. The quality of work was exceptional. Communication was very good. I would not hesitate to use them in the future. I highly recommend them. Thank you!!

They replaced a significant amount of wood a the outside of my house that was rotted. Overall, the work was done efficiently and professionally. Had some small issues at the end that Eric (the owner) quickly resolved to my satisfaction. Price was very reasonable.

My father was a contractor for 50 years. Eric & the crew were every bit as wonderful, thoughtful & skillful as my own father was throughout his career. They are contractors but moreso they are craftsmen. They really came through on every detail. Not an easy project by any means. A lot of damage to be repaired on top of a complete rebuild of a large deck. They really took care to keep the construction footprint small. This helps with any HOA. Extremely respectful of our neighbors & genuinely nice guys. Very clean worksite. We absolutely intend to have them back for the other things such as wood rot, a utility door & rain gutter repair. Their communication, top notch. They're always available, polite & follow up. I'm a tough customer when it comes to wanting to know status. They were polite and accommodating each and every time. Can't even think of a small thing I'd ask for. Estimate was spot-on final cost. Amazing value. Zero hidden charges. Honest people. Would highly recommend!

We hired Pennington Construction to remove our existing patio and install an Alumwood patio. The project went smooth, communication with Eric and Elissa was effortless. The crew was great, I will be using them for future projects as Eric is a general contractor and fumigation company.
