Outstanding workmanship and attention to detail. Installed 10+ windows and a sliding glass door into an EFIS/stucco exterior with a hitch. I highly recommend PDC for any job.

We needed a complete kitchen remodel and with this being the first major renovation of our home we had binder full of ideas on what we wanted the kitchen to be when finished. Frank came out listened intently to our ideas, suggested different options, and subsequently presented his proposal in a friendly, and professional manner. He was there every step along the way. We are 100% thrilled with our new kitchen and would highly recommend Frank to anyone.

Frank, the owner was wonderful! He always strived for high quality workmanship at a fair price. All of his subcontractor that he worked with directly were honest people. Frank stayed true to expected deadline and was wonderful at communicating throughout. If we ever needed home improvement again, he would be the first person we call. Thank you for your great job!

Remodeled sunroom from a 3 season porch to 200 more sq feet. It went from ok to beautiful in 3 weeks. Removed door and opened up dining room and changed window to sliding glass door in bedroom. Much more light in rooms. Work was excellent and all my neighbors are very complimentary.

I would like to say that the plumber, and sheetrocking was top notch! Highly recommend this company. They were right on time with projected finish date which was only a month. Thank you Frank Faringer, Pat, Todd and John Jones for going above and beyond!

Hired Frank to remove a load bearing wall between a kitchen /dining room. He was very quick to respond with an estimate and had a crew on site within a week. The job was completed in four days. The work provided was very professional and exactly what I had expected. Frank was a great communicator and kept us apprised of dates / times when all subs would arrive to perform their work. Highly recommend and definitely would hire again.

Frank stayed on top of the job. If it was anything I did like it only took one phone to get it right.

Frank and his team did an excellent job on our major remodel (converting 2 bedrooms and a bath into a master suite, a powder room and a laundry room). Frank was extremely responsive and the work was excellent - and on time! We had previously hired a different Williamsburg contractor to do an addition on our house - and while the quality of their work was good they took forever and were impossible to reach on the phone. In comparison - Frank was a dream to communicate with. We would highly recommend Frank and Co!

We had 2 closets enlarged in our older home. This required demolition, plaster repair, electrical, floor repair,new drywall, doors and closet interior. PDC coordinated all trades and did a beautiful job with as little disruption as possible. They utilized our existing trim and made new to match where necessary. We couldn't be more pleased.

His work was awesome, but very expensive.
