We had 2 closets enlarged in our older home. This required demolition, plaster repair, electrical, floor repair,new drywall, doors and closet interior. PDC coordinated all trades and did a beautiful job with as little disruption as possible. They utilized our existing trim and made new to match where necessary. We couldn't be more pleased.

Frank was very professional and easy to communicate with. The finished product is excellent and the sub contractors used were also excellent. Our goal was to make this project (stairwell turned/ wall opened/ exterior door removed and window installed) look original to the house. PDC accomplished this to the extent that some of our visitors can't imagine the way the house was. I don't give perfect (5 star) reviews, this is probably the best (scored) review anyone could have gotten from me with this project.

Frank was very professional and we would recommend his work to anyone. He removed the existing porch and installed a stamped concrete patio. The project was performed on schedule and the quality of the work was great. We are very please with the finished job.

I can't remember having a better experience with a contractor. Frank was a true professional, making sure he communicated with us frequently and that the work was performed on time and on budget. I definitely intend to use Peninsula Development Corp for any future projects that I have and will recommend them to all our friends.

Just the ticket when you need someone who knows the business and you don't have the time to get too involved in the process. Willing to work with you to ensure satisfaction. Possibly could have got a better price but not better personal service.

Project: To demo and replace a 16x30 deck. Frank at Peninsula Development Corp. was outstanding. He did exactly what the agreed proposal outlined. As they say "On time and within budget". Pat, Peninsula's carpenter, was a hard working craftsman with an eye for Quality. I will use Peninsula for all my future construction needs.
