Payne is so good at concrete. He is very kind and personable and laughs easily. Very trustworthy and a really great person. Very impressed with the small concrete job he did. He removed a stump, removed old concrete, then laid new concrete with a curb for a one foot high retaining wall.

The service was done quick and professionally. Payne was able to make some recommendations without being pushy at all. He was thoughtful when bringing the concrete in, that our older driveway would not support the weight of the truck and concrete. He recommended getting a 'concrete buggy' to transfer from the truck to the installation site and protected the existing driveway from further damage. He will be doing some gravel and stonework for us after the concrete finishes curing.

Payne Expedite Construction did a very good job building a vinyl fence. They showed up when they said they would and were professional in our dealings. They hit a snag trying to fence behind a retaining wall, explained the situation and came up with a solution. They tore down the retaining wall and rebuilt it - re-enforced it so that it was strong enough to retain the dirt behind it and allow the fence to be finished. I am very satisfied with the finished product.
