Very puctual, kind, professiinal, interested and excited about working my project. His bid and graphic design was in my inbox the next day. Paulo's punctuality was impeccable, moreover, his patience and keen interest was right on point. We even met twice at his preferred landscape supplier to nail down our mayerials options. His fee for the project was fair and his laborers were efficient completing the job in one day. Having a second larger project for my back yard had ensured me that Paulo Lima will be my choice for professional landscaping. Be sure to be there so you know their exact time. I think they may "fudge" a little on how long it actually takes them. My yard only took an hour and the workers told the owner it was an hour and half.
