He was prompt for the initial assessment. Scheduled the service for the following Wednesday at 9am. Did not show up and no explanation. They showed up next Tuesday early afternoon. Again no explanation. The work seemed satisfactory.

The owner sent a crew to do the job. They left several nails in the driveway and a small piece of cut metal. Owner needed to return twice to fix roof shingles that were lifted and leaks in the work they had done on gutters.

The owner was very detailed on what he planned to do and it showed when his 2-man crew carried out the job to the letter. Basically we enlarged the downspouts and this incorporated a specially designed transition from the gutter to the downspout that allowed the maximum amount of water to exit the gutter and eliminate the overflow that had been occuring with heavy rain. Everyone was professional, experienced in the work and personable.
