Quick response made appointment for quote the following week. The night before the appointment, they called me & told me they double booked us. I told them it was ok to reschedule 1 more week when I & my husband off work. 5 days later they called me they had to reschedule again which we couldn?t do it another 2 weeks because our work schedules were already out. It?s hard to match my and my husband?s schedules to be off work so we can start sunroom projects. I told them to call me if they can come to our schedule. I?m glad we didn?t hire them. It could?ve taken 2 years to build a sunroom if they continued rescheduling. Hire someone else.

We now have a beautiful sunroom that is secure, and we look so forward to enjoying it year round! The quality of the double-pane windows is excellent. Walter is amazing. He is very kind, honest, and very responsive! We highly recommend Patio Enclosures!

When I hired them in August I was guaranteed the sunroom would be in by Thanksgiving. The week before Thanksgiving I contacted them again and again with no one answering my request for a date that they could start so I canceled the contract and it took them almost 2 months for them to send me my deposit.

Bernard & Gary were wonderful. The glass in my double hung window (kitchen) was replaced and the vinyl was re-coiled. All in just a half an hour! Last year we had a new patio door installed. Just love it! The quality of their products are top-notch.
