    This was quite a project - both my porch enclosed and a bay window replaced; I had very high expectations and I am very particular. Past project experiences with other companies were horrific, so to say I was skeptical at the best is t put it mildly. Upon completion of both projects, I am beyond pleased- they look BEAUTIFUL! Workers were timely, polite, thorough. A particular praise for Dolores Martino- she was my constant contact person; always available, always polite, always patient.: in times where customer service is severely lacking, she shines bright. Project manager Chris was also wonderful - both of them always made me like my satisfaction was priority. This was truly a wonderful experience.

    This project took FOREVER. Lots of delay, change in personnel…dropped the ball on many deadlines….little to no communication except taking our money. Completed project took over 6 months…..salesman who we initially worked with was not very professional and do not return phone calls or emails……the only good thing were the workers who installed the sunroom…still waiting on inspection and walk around with someone from the company

    Love our new patio room and enjoy it daily. Patio Enclosures did a great job. Although it took a little longer than expected due to issues with our HOA, Patio Enclosures helped us at each step. Would highly recommend.

    The field manager was very rude. Measurements were off, and I was not refunded for incomplete work. The subcontractor was great, the field manager was not.
