Paradise Pool and Patio

Donâ t ever hire these guys. They took off my cover, threw in some chemicals and promised to come back to add chemicals. They didnâ t return so I bought and added chemicals. Then they came to vacuum and said they would return for second vacuum. They never came back and after 15 phone calls I opened the pool myself. I paid them after first treatment, what a mistake. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE AND IF YOU DO, DONT PAY THEM UNTIL THEY COMPLETE THE JOB

They didn?t clean up the garbage after work was done and they didn?t finish the job same day

Over a month now and the pool is still unusable. I paid for him to replace the pump and the entire cleaning amount, yet it is still not clean. He or uses to come and does not come for two more days. Limited options this year because of scarcity of chlorine. I am DEPENDENT on him and he has been a failure. Twice I. e. had to tighten the filter ring because he left it leaking. He came last Friday when I was away and left with the hose running and did not come back for 24 hours. Luckily I asked my neighbor to check and he turned off the hose. I have had to clean myself and add laundry bleach. I hired him to to take full care - opening, cleaning and weekly service. Disgraceful.

I regret working with them

Total rip off. Demands cash, refused to give a receipt, took a cover off, dumping debris into pool. Did not use proper chemicals to clean the pool, sent me to the pool store. I have a camera and it showed him doing nothing when I was gone. Refused to give money back or fix a horrible job. The worst experience ever, con artist and thief!

He come first time, he install my pool with rock underneath, after I call him, I was leaving the pool empty I waste money with water bill, after he come to fix, and now more stone underneath, and the liner he leaving out, I called him again today come and one more time threw the water out one more time, now when I come back to check he break my liner and the rock still underneath, Jorge is really irresponsible, now I will sue him, for all the time and money I spend with this guy

Very interesting company. They are never on time. Don't ever take a day off from work and wait for them. They will never come as scheduled. I say 'interesting' because I don't think the owner really take it serious that he is never on time. Other than that, his costs are quite reasonable.

A 1/2 a star is too much for the guy! He should have NO stars! He destroyed my property and pool walls. He left it in a hazardous condition, he broke my fence, and did not get rid of any of the debris. He was supposed to finish in 2 weeks, its months already, he's blocking my driveway with the equipment. He promises to repair the pool and I don't have one penny back so far. He is also going under Paradise Pools now - that is his new company. He misled me on everything and lied. He only has 2 employees Christian and Omar. He is supposed to reimburse me my $6000 plus the cost to fill in my pool.

Never stuck to their date when they said they were coming. I got re-tileing done on the edge, and now there is residue in places of the bottom of pool and the side from the stuff they used to make them stick. After it was filled they were suppose to do what I thought was a proper opening with chemicals and vacuum but they only did chemicals, no vacuum. Quite disappointed.
