I appreciated that his estimates focused strictly on what was necessary, without any upselling. The company was highly responsive—scheduling the visit and completing the work much faster than expected. The pricing was very fair; I’m hopeful the quality stands the test of time and will update this review should any issues arise.

My wife owns a rental property in Mill Valley. I help her with tenant issues. Recently our tenant said the garage door was no longer going up and down. I found Palms on Angi and Palms immediately sprang into action. There were mechanical and woodworking issues -- a function of old age. Two days later, everything was fixed. Our garage door broke on a Friday; not the opener, but the actual door was warped and wouldn't close. It is very uncomfortable to have a gaping hole in the front of the house. They came out that day, clearly expressed what could be done quickly and what options we had if we wanted to wait. Every one we dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable. By Sunday afternoon the new door was in place and looking great.
