Absolutely no complaints. Work was completed on time. Quality of workmanship was excellent. Jeremy and his crew were friendly and courteous. Would definitely hire them again. Very very very pleased with the work they did. I have a beautiful sunroom.

Jeremy at Palmetto Home & Craftsman walked through every step of the process, making sure that we had all the necessary items to make our add on room the type of room we wanted. His staff was very thorough and did the work as if they were working on their own homes. Very often including us on any thoughts they had to make it better. Jeremy has so much experience that he helps you to understand what will be best to make the room what you want. We have been so pleased with our add on room that we asked Jeremy and Palmetto Home & Craftsman to build a free standing Pergola to cover our back patio. Again, he sat down with me and the wife, drew it out and made suggestions that we liked. The different crews involved, concrete, electrical and installers were professional, courteous and respectful of the job and our residence. Jeremy was hands on making sure that all thing - including the little things were taken care of properly. The patio cover is absolutely beautiful and honestly exceeded my expectations.

We always give honest, fair reviews. Other people out there need to know the truth, so they can make an informed choice. That said, we love our beautiful new screened-in deck, and we love the amazing people at Palmetto Home and Craftsman. Not only did they do a fabulous job for a great price, they went above and beyond in many instances. The entire experience from start to finish was uniquely pleasant. They were professional, polite and efficient, but they also added a personal, friendly touch that is rare and refreshing these days. We've already recommended them to our daughter, who will be hiring them to build her deck.

Truly the worst experience I have ever had working with a company for home improvement. Even after the delay in getting the products to install, it was painful how slow and unprofessional the installation team was. Barely working 6 hrs a day. Then, when we had an issue, it took them 3.5 months to make good on it. Please do your homework before selection this contractor.

Jeremy, John, Joey and Derek were wonderful to work with. They are true professionals and the work they did turned out amazing. I highly recommend them if you want a sunroom.

We had an insulated metal roof system installed in our patio. The installation took only 3 days and it was done perfectly. Very happy

Workers were polite and professional. Screen porch turned out great! It appeared that a couple of workers trained on my project, but a screen porch is probably one of the easiest. The company appears to put family first, which Iâ m all for.

It took longer to get the ordered parts than I expected.
