The workers informed me that they were on their way, they checked the equipment out and began explaining to me what was happening with my furnace and the thermostat , they took good care off my equipment and they went and purchased the part in needed and they kept me informed. They were very pleasant with great personalities . I will definitely hire them again.. I asked for their business cards to give others that need their air conditioner repair they walked me through everything. Great guys. Thanks

I was surprised that someone from Palmetto cooling responded as quickly as they did, and were able to get technicians to me in a day. The young men were punctual, and polite. I can't say I know what they did, but my air conditioning is working well

Excellent customer service and response time. My indoor coil froze over leaving my home without air conditioning. They came quickly and resolved the issue and gave me valuable insight to avoid further issues. Would definitely recommend!
