This is the one of the worst home renovation experiences I?ve had. First off when they installed the driveway, they left concrete mix on my porch columns and front yard that can?t be removed. They didn?t block off the the driveway to prevent cars from accidentally driving on the new concrete. So I did that myself. I had to insist that they reinstall a step on the side of my house because they tried to tell me I didn?t need one. When they did replace it, they dumped a bunch of unused concrete mix in my trash can so I had to clean it out. The worst part is my driveway started to crack and crumble six months after it was installed. The owner has blamed road salt for the deterioration instead of acknowledging that a hot batch of concrete mix or overworking the concrete mix during the installation is what caused this. He is not addressing the situation in a way that shows any integrity or respect. So I will be paying another company fix this mess and filing a complaint with LARA.

Antonio came right out to give me an estimate and set up to have the job done. They came the very next day and tore out my walkway and replaced it with a new one. They did a great job, and I would definitely recommend !

Yes They were extremely fast and efficient. I'm still amazed how quickly and nicely they replaced my garage, driveway and walkway. I would highly recommend them. Palermo would definitely exceed your expectations, that I can tell you. They did an exceptional job. Very happy
