Reviews
Write a ReviewExtremely overpriced. Would not have gone with them if I was not in a bind.
Just wanted to say we fixed the screens and the windows gave a price before we did it. The price was not the problem was the screens and the window. People get paid for what they do we charge her $285 and change the taxes alone was high and fees is high we charge with what we did. we pay insurance and workmen?s comp gas tools just to help people that need the help. Funny how no one say anything when the job is getting fixed but as soon as it done we are bad expensive handyman don?t know what we do never get nothing done company. Please save the Drama
Very responsive. Gave me an on-site estimate almost as soon as I got them on the phone. Price estimate was very reasonable and was the price I paid. Quality work and even ran to the store to get some materials that were different than anticipated. A friendly family business!
Found the cause to clog in gutters and cleaned it out.
Workers were helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.
Jensen P. and his men were very gracious, as I said in my previous review. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of trusting that they had covered popcorn ceilings with wood tongue and groove planking before. I was confused as to why the space between the planks was not filled in so Jensen had his men return the following day to spray paint the living room, hallway, and bedroom. When it was done, it looked the same. I was so frustrated that I just wanted to say goodbye, even though Jensen offered to have his men come back again. It seemed to me that they really would not have the knowledge to the problem so I paid the balance due and said Aloha. I have since had someone who knows what he is doing offer to help. He said that Jensen had used the wrong kind of wood. The wood he used is for roofing. In any event, I regret the previous review I sent, even though I did not talk about the great job they had done, what I did say about everyone being accommodating was very true.
Sorry for the miscommunication but the wood that was put on was what you decided to go with because of pricing and you told me that it was fine when I got the last payment. I know you said that we were wiling to redo it. Was still your decision not to, so why make like we never wanted to fix your mistake? Sorry.
Promised to check but never did.
Never should have make that appointment. They didn't know what they were doing. The money is a waste. The man said he could not fix it but to try and they will still charge. I refused for him to try. The other guy who was the person I talked to make appointment called the guy. He came back and said he can fix it then all he did was tighten the hinges and adjusted the door closure and he took me $150 and left. Nothing had changed after he left. Problem is the same. Do not trust this handyman.
Funny how people call sears or any body else and pay but when we come a fix the problem they grumble to pay you. don?t ever do work for that kind of home owners. And any way she canceled her check after the work was done.?
Jensen Pakele was very responsive, he returned my call right away. He understood what I needed when I described by phone and delivered the service very quick. He repaired the problem in my blind's cord in no time. All is back to normal and I am very happy I selected him for the job. Great job Jensen!
He identified a burnt out electrical wire and put me in contact with an electrician
