Hired to do a couple of tile jobs. The job that utilized larger tiles was done well enough. However, the job involving a smaller mosaic tile was sloppy and lacked attention to detail. There were spots scattered around the floor where it was lacking grout or missing entirely. There were also a few spots where the gap that was left next to the wall and toilet were too large for molding and the toilet to cover. I requested them to redo the grout, and while not ideal, it was passable when they finished. The real issue came when they tried to install a glass shower door. They stated they were capable of performing multiple jobs in a remodel and I wanted to finish up so I let them try. They broke the door and I understand accidents happen. But after the new one arrived they installed it incorrectly and he knew it. He even asked if I wanted him to come back and fix it right the next week. He never showed over the next week and a half or so. I finished the door, and upon doing so realized that two parts needed were gone. They could have been thrown away or broken or who knows. But they stated they would reimburse me for the parts and never did. He scheduled coming by to pay me multiple times and never showed at any time, just leaving me wasting my time waiting. Now they will not answer calls or texts. What should have been a day or two of work turned into months of waiting on replacement glass/parts and they never finished the job!

They responded to my request within minutes, made an appointment for the same day. Showed up on time, gave a quote and said they could have it done in less than a week. I got another quote but Guerreroâ s offer was better and I hired them, and they did it just like they promised. Responsive, professional and competitive. I would recommend them.

He was told item by item what we wanted done .He said he could do it and gave a price. He started and did some of the work when ask about the other work he gave the price for he said we did not tell him about that part .than he said he could do more which would cost $800.00 more than the initial price .we paid it and all the work was never done he just said he was threw and left. The work he did was sloppy and he left trash pulled up in or yard .

Always showed up on time, didn't ask for $ b/4 project finished. HIGH QUALITY of workmanship. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
