5 Stars! I highly recommend Packard Lawn Service. Larry was polite, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain my situation and the issues I was experiencing. He came out to my home right away and was incredibly responsive and accommodating. What impressed me most was that Larry went above and beyond what was expected. He extended his hospitality, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I understood every step of the process. His attention to detail, dedication to customer service, and quality of work truly exceeded my expectations.
