Air vents that would be used again were thrown from the roof during the demo were all bent up, a lot of garbage created during the job thrown from the roof and blown with the leaf blower to the perimeter of the property. When nailing asphalt shingles to roof too long of nails were used, came thru underneath exposed, ugly! Under the eaves around the complete perimeter. After the job completed I policed roof and found handfuls of nails and tacks. Job began 6/2016, the roof leaked that winter, leaked again in 2017, 2018, and is leaking again today. I'm at wit's end, wanted to give Pacific a chance but this is too much. Jim G.

We had Pacific Builders replace an asphalt roof, rebuild a privacy fence, rework our kitchen lighting and install a skylight and attic fan in our new roof. Tim and his guys were professional and responsive to our needs, we made some last minute changes that I'm sure drove them nuts but they accommodated and worked around our crazy schedule and some foul weather. Tim always talked with us, not at us, he was patient with all our questions and went beyond what he promised when we wanted more something done. We will use Pacific builders again.

Tim and his crew are excellent! They replaced the roof, repaired dry rot, painted the exterior, replaced exterior lights, trimmed trees/bushes and even made a dump run for us. I really appreciated Tim's expert advise and common sense approach. He suggested ways to save money yet pointed out important things that would create a more durable and lasting outcome. They are the kind of people you don't mind having at your home. In fact, my sister was sad to see them go! They are also very compassionate men. My sister is on a very limited budget, they did several things for her without charge, to be kind and to leave her home looking great! And it looks WONDERFUL!!! We feel very blessed that we had the good fortune of hiring Pacific Builders!

Tim and his crew remodeled my barn by creating a tack room and constructed a Pergola. They completed every aspect of the job; their work was excellent and they cleaned up everyday. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants excellent service and quality work.

Unexpected events prolonged construction but Tim did such as great job of constructing the patio roof it looked like it had always been there. The quality is top rated and we could not be happier.
