I had four pool companies prior to proline who could not turn my pea soup into clear water...they all had different solutions that didn't do a thing. Finally I was referred to pro line...within 24 hours pea soup turned into crystal clear water...they just knew. They made recommendations I followed and they did what they said when they said it...my pool became a source of joy instead of pain. They run a business the way it should be run. Say what you mean and mean what you say.

Jen and Kellie are consummate professionals. They went out of their way to educate without judging, communicate each and every time it was needed. They are a pleasure for a pool owner of over 15 years, who had little time to handle the weekly needs of a 30000 galllon pool.. GREAT FIND!!!!

Jen and Kelly did all of the pool chemical and cleaning maintenance on our inground pool this summer. We were extremely impressed with Jen's knowledge of water chemistry and pool equipment and our pool has been sparkling clear all season! We have a large in ground pool, which provided some challenges but everything was addressed in a knowledgeable and timely fashion. Jenn was even available to answer questions in between visits here.
