The inspector discovered a sad looking situation in the crawl space of our home and it needed to be remedied before our house could be sold. PNW was called and André suited up and checked it out for himself. He gave us a complete and fair estimate which we went with. The clean-out and installation was completed in 2 days. The crew worked in a very clean manner ... not to disturb the beauty of our remodeled and staged for sale home. We would certainly use them again!

Excellent job! PNW Insulation installed insulation in our 600 sf out building. There are high ceilings and they were quick, efficient and affordable. I would recommend them to anyone needing insulatiton.

PNW Insulation did a great job. Sprayed insulation in our walls and rolled insulation in the attic space. They were fast and professional, skilled and easy to communicate with. Would recommend them 100%

Amazing experience from start to finish! Inspector came out and did a FREE estimate on our home we are building out in Cle Elum. Their whole team were super friendly AND knowledgeable. We are so excited to be able to enjoy the pros of spray foam in our home, especially in the summer and winter. Their guys worked hard and did a great job at it, we will be working with them again on any future projects.

Two problems: 1. I received a second reminder to provide my credit card # before work. I had already done this. I had to take extra time to call them and confirm they already had my #. 2. I paid an extra $370 for 10 mill ground vapor barrier versus the normal 6 mil. I asked the installers three times whether they had the necessary 10 mil and the answer was yes. I confronted them at the end by noting they had only boxes labelled 6mil. They then admitted the error and we agreed they would add another 6 mil layer. Very unsettling - unless I had inspected the boxes I would have paid this rather large extra amount. General: looks like bad coordination between office (billing) and installers (stocking the installation truck).

Great job! The project of getting spray foam insulation installed under our house went exceptionally well, from start to finish. We got an estimate the same day we called, the install was done well, at a good price, was completed on time. We are very happy with the staff and the work. Thank you, PNW Insulation!
