I recently had Platinum Roofing come out to repair a leak in my roof, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I called them, they were responsive and helpful. They quickly sent someone over to assess the problem, and they were upfront about what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Once I agreed to the quote, they wasted no time in getting started. Throughout the process, their team was professional and communicative. They kept me updated on their progress and answered all of my questions along the way. Despite encountering a few unexpected challenges due to heavy rain, they tackled them with ease and still managed to finish the job ahead of schedule. Now that the repairs are complete, I can confidently say that my roof looks better than ever.
