Unfortunately, your product installation and/or customer service support was completely inadequate and the product installation on ONE-Day was completely misrepresented as advertised. The reasons I am extremely unhappy with the Lead Installer, Customer Service and Installation Depart include, but are NOT limited to, the following highlighted is sues listed below: When the Lead Installer (William) arrived at the construction site, he immediately brought to my attention two important issues; Unbeknownst to me (The Customer) he stated he would have to stop work and wait for a City of Suffolk Inspector. He said my job was randomly selected by the City of Suffolk and he would have to stop and wait for him to inspect. PJ Fitzpatrick?s did NOT make me as the customer aware of this requirement. After I voiced my displeasure at this process, William packed up all the equipment, tools, and materials order for my installation and departed without stating what he was doing

This company is great to deal with. Straight shooters,,, honest, and friendly ! Please see my first review. I asked if a technician (a plumber) could return and do something about the water pressure in the shower head. He came back and worked MAGIC ! He knew what I wanted and I couldn't be more pleased ! I forgot his name and lost his card. I hope managemet reads this and sends some kudos his way ! :)

We had a shower installed three years ago by Bathroom Buddy (via Jacuzzi). When a leak recently appeared, a plumber discovered the shower pan had been improperly installed from the start and that the entire shower needed to be redone. Bathroom Buddy had since been acquired by PJ Fitzpatrick, and to their great credit, they immediately acknowledged the problem, honored the original lifetime warranty, and completely rebuilt the shower—pan, walls, everything. The workmanship was excellent and noticeably better than the original installation. Because the rebuild slightly changed dimensions, we also incurred costs to replace the glass shower doors and repair ceiling damage below. After explaining this in a letter, PJ Fitzpatrick went above and beyond and reimbursed us in full for those additional expenses—despite not being the company that did the original work. That level of integrity and customer care is rare. PJ Fitzpatrick stood behind work they inherited, not just work they did the

I wish more every day that we went with a different company. They were almost 2 hours late after their estimated time a then nobody was here when they got here. We were promised someone who spoke English would be there always, there wasn?t, and after they came twice to ?clean up? all the left over stuff, we still found rolls of nails and stuff all over our property. I didn?t even get to sign off on any of that because they did it when nobody was at home. This is back in May. Now, in November, my step dad discovered that some pipe from our hot water tank was never reconnected to anything and our insulation in our attic is turning black. I can?t get ahold of anyone, so bad review it is. Also, there are remnants of roof and wood, and all sorts of stuff through our entire attic, so every time we open the attic, stuff falls all over our hall way. There was also a sock down our vent from the bathroom. Hopefully someone answers this because we are livid.

Sales presentation was misleading however not realized till day of installation. Sub-contractor arrived, one truck, only PJF magnetic sign attached, however was made to believe that would be PJF employees in uniform and company vehicles. Only personnel in uniform was sales team and installation day rep. Price probably higher than other roofers since third party involved. Will say that sub-contractor, (Company Name removed), did very good job and material is rated good. Logo "TRUST PJF", may be questionable and that starts at the initial meet.

We had new windows installed in the second floor of our house a week ago. Everything seemed excellent from the initial consultation with the sales guy, to the completed installation, until we tried to put our window unit air conditioners back in our house!! The sales rep KNEW that we don't have central air AND that we had window units. We even got half screens to make the process of putting them in and out of the windows easier. Unfortunately, the rep neglected to tell us that the windows that he sold us DO NOT go up the whole way and our air conditioners WILL NOT fit in them. We contacted P.J. Fitzpatrick and they sent someone out to look at them. They are basically telling us that there is nothing that they can do for us now and we are stuck with them. NOT ONLY do the air conditioners NOT FIT - THERE IS NO WAY my husband or myself could fit through any of those windows in case of a fire, without them going up the whole way!!!! We would have NEVER agreed to these windows had we known they did not go up the whole way. We even asked the sales rep if our window units would be able to go back in, once the windows were installed and he said "YES"! IT IS REALLY CRAPPY that a company would take advantage of hard working people like this!!! $20,000 in windows and they are NOT as described/wanted. THIS COMPANY SHOULD MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!

I was scheduled for a roof installation on July 13th 2024. However someone named Kasey called me at 7:20am the morning of instalation and told me he could not get a hold of his crew, and they may not come out due to the weather. Kasey then said he would call me back. Shortly after Kasey hung up I received a text message saying the instalation would be done on Monday the 15th. I could not do Monday because i work from home. I was then told the roof would be done Saturday the 20th. I decided to cancel the roof installation and asked for a refund. Monday the 15th I got a call from someone saying they wanted to make it right. He said because I canceled he would give me $600 off if I decided to have the roof done. The issue is I did not trust him anymore. Besides that I was paying cash for my roof and I had already purchased a cashiers check for $22,468.00. When I asked how I would get $600 back he said he would figure out a way to send it to me. I said ok, just to get off the phone with him. I called PJ Fitzpatrick back and again asked for my deposit back. I was told someone will call me back regarding a refund. After a week of leaving messages and calling about my refund I got a call back today from the same pushy guy from last Monday, saying because I canceled the roof installation I will have penalties. (as if I wouldnt get my deposit back) I was on the phone 7 minutes arguing with a man letting him know I did not sign a new contract for $600 off. He lied on his crew and the weather. I do not want him at my house, and I'm not giving him my money. I certainly would not sign another contract, I don't trust PJ Fitzpatrick anymore. All I want is a refund and an apology. No one should ever have to go through what I am going though with PJ Fitzpatrick. Especially after offering to pay cash. I should not be penalized for anything. I took off work, and my roof was not done as promised. Before anything I explained to Kevin (the salesman) why I needed my roof done ASAP. It is a shame to end up being treated this way. July 13th weather was absolutely perfect for a roof installation. Cloudy and in the 80s with no rain. Also there was a roof being installed right across the street from my house the same day I was scheduled for installation. I will never stop complaining about this.

I am loving my new shower conversion. Trajan and Shafi do fantastic work. The conversion was completed in one day despite the fact that they encountered an unforseen plumbing problem. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and pleasant. And they left the area spotless. In fact, everyone, from initial estimate to ongoing communication, has been great. Thanks for a job well done.

Great job. Good with their promise of value. Great roof, and more in attic.

They do NOT â do it right the first timeâ as their ad states! We decided to go with this company because of their presentation and what I now know were false promises! They act like they do the work; however, ours was contracted out to â Joshâ s Contractingâ and we were not told this from the start! Our roof appeared wavy and we were told that was normalâ ¦ finally after the second time out to re-access did they admit it didnâ t look right! Their website states they arrive in decaled trucks and uniforms - they did not. A crew member was smoking in my driveway. They stepped on plants, slashed a window screen, and left our weather vane laying on its side. Items on our property were not covered for protection like we were told would happen. They completed two clean ups and we still got a plate full of screws and trash that was easy to find - multiple screws left point up on our patio and around our childâ s playhouse! Save yourself the hassle and pick a local company. It should have been a red flag when this company trash talked other roofing and window companies to us! They are the red flag - donâ t let them fool you! They say they have great google reviews and I donâ t know how because after doing some research other websites say otherwise! Lots of our time was wasted with multiple trips to our home, phone calls, texts, and emails! Our concerns even went to the general manager for our area and we felt very unheard! We kept asking to have our concerns escalated and they obviously were not! Save your time and your money! Expensive company that doesnâ t do the job right and doesnâ t do everything they promise!
