PG did a fantastic job repairing my house from dry rot. They did the job fast and kept me informed of what they were doing and why the whole way. I would definitely hire them again.

He did the job just as we asked, not trying to take out more of the old decking than what had dry rot. The deck repair went smoothly in the time he predicted and was done well.

Peter Geer used Marty Khun to do the exterior and interior painting on our home. The work was impeccable and I would hire Marty any day of the week to paint my home. He has an extraordinary personality and we enjoyed having him in our home. He treated our 3 year old Great Grandson like a member of his family. Thanks Marty and of course Peter Geer. This company was and used the best sub contractors they were professional, kind and excellent in their field of expertise. The project manager Tyler D Anda went above and beyond during the duration of this job. Peter Geer (contractor) was excellent to work with. I take care of one of the Great Grandsons and every man on the crew treated Elliot as if he were their own. Tape and texture men even allowed Elliot to put masking tape on the floor to hold down the tarps. I believe the work quality is five star, but the rating wouldn't allow me to give that rating. Highest praises to PG Construction and all the sub contractors - Schmidt's Cabinet Company INC. Davis , L&U Granite and cabinets, Vacaville, Crestview Flooring, Sacramento, Brett's glass and shower door, Woodland, Maple & Stone Woodland, Mckee Brothers Plumbing, Prime Electric Woodland and Machado Landscape Construction& Maintenance. Excellent one and all!

Way overcharged for a large project. Took way more time and money than expected. Neighbors informed us they were constantly joking and smoking in front of the house.

This job was on a time & materials cost basis due to the age & condition of the over 140-year-old home. All work & costs were pre-approved by the fiduciary who was financially responsible for the budget of the project.
