Peter Newman Design & Construction has done several home renovation projects for us over a span of 20 years. The first was a room and bathroom addition way back in 1999. This job required framing, roofing, siding, plumbing, electrical, drywall, cabinetry, tile, hardwood flooring etc. He handled everything including coordination with the architect and the county for permitting, project scheduling, material procurement/delivery and all labor. In the last 5 years, Peter has accomplished a kitchen remodel and laundry room upgrade, and most recently, a master bath remodel. We will continue to use Peter for projects into the future as his work is always top notch. He is a true craftsman and artisan with great attention to detail. He is conscientious, professional, responsive, and always leaves the job site clean and orderly. He is always our first call!

Peter is equipped to handle all areas of home improvement carpentry, electrical, plumbing. He understands the big picture. I ll hire him in a New York minute.

Peter's work is meticulous in each application. He is timely and responds to communications promptly. He has done numerous jobs for us including remodeling our master bath, designing and laying a beautiful tile pattern. He installed propane lines to convert our stove to gas; installed an exhaust system above the stove; installed 2 new windows in 2 rooms; built a deck around our pool; repaired and weather proofed exterior walls our home.

He has done three remodels fro us over the years and he is excellent. I always wish I had another project for him so we could work with him again.
