Picked my computer up this afternoon. It was repaired in a timely manner and was totally reasonable. They explained to me the main reason why the computer broke originally and the best way to keep it from happening again. My problem was actually mechanical as opposed to electronic but I guess there were some electronics involved even in my case. I would not hesitate to use them in the future and would be happy to recommend them to anyone needing repairs.
