Jason was the third person to response to my message needing a new water heater. He was direct in giving me the information, the labor and unit price. I sensed honesty in his information that’s why I hired him out of five callers. We recently purchased a home in N Las Vegas. Our heating bill tripled in 4 months. We requested service from our home insurance company and NV Energy...their service providers could not find, nor repair the problem. We contacted Jason...he came right away, and within a few hours, he found the source of the problem in our heating and HVAC unit, and in the deteriorating attic duct work. We chose to replace the HVAC unit. Jason and his staff came the next day, and within 2 days installed a new Heating and HVAC unit, new duct work, a new thermostat and a new cover for our intake. They cleaned up beautifully, hauled all of the old duct work away, set up our 'smart' thermostat, and vacuumed the debris from our vents! Jason and his staff were knowledgeable, timely and incredibly efficient. We highly recommend Jason, his staff and Passionate Heating...their name describes their service!

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
