Troy has been great throughout the process

My husband used to mow, but after his bypass in January 2023, that is just no longer an option. While he was in the hospital, a neighbor recommended Outstanding Outdoors in St. Cloud (owned by M. Ellis, though T. Adams says she is everyone boss). They did excellent work, but, like every lawncare company in the state, if they would only have a good office, they would be millionaires. I literally could not get them to answer their phones for me to pay them, and they would not return my messages. I patiently lived with their excuses until their excuses involved lying about me. Clearly, their staff forgot to mow our yard on their rounds, and instead of admitting it, they just lied to their very gullible boss that, days after finally being able to speak to them and pay, I suddenly cancelled my account. When I called to say, "Uh, hey, why are you not mowing? They did no investigation; they just gullibly took their workmen lies as fact, then texted me back that lie. Again, they have a huge issue with actually speaking on the phone. Again, there was zero investigation into why a client would pay and then cancel days later. I kind of figured it out when I finally got my refund and there was just a form letter for cancellation. In other words, they get so many cancellations that they are ready to shoot out a letter. The tragic thing is that, except for the area of the yard that they, for some reason, refused to mow even though they quoted it and I paid for it, they really did an exceptional job. They just did not care about getting paid enough to answer the phone. I have never in my life tried so hard to be a customer for months, only to be lied to and rebuffed at every turn.

Troy and his team did an awesome job. Troy came out the day after I inquired, gave me a great quote and was able to accommodate me the following day. He and his team showed up right on time, confirmed the work to be done, and got started right away. Afterward, they cleaned everything up and made sure I was happy with the work before packing up and leaving. I highly recommend Troy and his crew and will be using them again if/when I need to.

They are a little slow in responding, but otherwise they did a great job and cleaned up everything very nicely.
