They constructed a pathway, including steps from the gate to our backyard, using paver stones. Their work came with a lifetime warranty on workmanship and materials. After about five years, the pathway started to develop cracks and the steps started to loosen and separate away from the path creating a hazardous walkway. So hazardous that I had to close the path down. I left messages for Patrick Ritchie, the owner, to call back explaining I needed some warranty work. -no return call ever. I am having another contractor rebuild the entire walkway and stairs. Every contractor I interviewed recently were aghast at how bad the walkway had deteriorated and how sloppy the construction was. Iâ  d be wary in choosing this company, especially in regards to their so-called â  Lifetime warrantyâ  .

The crew was receptive to suggestions and did a great job removing our old concrete pond boom (which was cracked and leaking) to put in a new alpine type pond with a waterfall. Then they installed a patio with pavers and a fire pit!

Patrick and his crew did an amazing job for us in the Fall of 2019. They were a pleasure to work with each step of the way. He was always courteous and prompt and showed up when he said he would. We had received four other bids and Patrick was the only one who was able to understand our vision and offer a perfect solution for the slope in our backyard. We didn t want just retaining walls and we didn t want to take out our mature trees. He came up with a plan that gave us two retaining walls (one is a seating wall) with a pathway in between and connecting to two spacious patios nestled among the trees. There are stairs and built-in LED lights and it s so pretty! He also added a paver path from the patio on our slope to our existing stamped concrete patio with a small paver floor under the gazebo. We liked his work so much that we had him come out in the Spring of 2020 and add another paver patio for our Catio. They were able to tie it all in with the existing pavers and concrete and if all flows together so nicely! Once we turned our sprinklers on, we noticed a drip line had been cut. Patrick sent his crew out immediately and repaired it good as new! We highly recommend Outdoor Innovations by Patrick Richie.

Outdoor Innovations by Patrick Richie finished an outdoor living area for us a month ago. Patio pavers, built in grill, fireplace. They turned a boring patio into a party patio. Great communication, good work ethic by Patrick and his employees. Loved the 3D presentation of the patio before work started so we could see what it would actually look like. Patrick is a person with integrity which carries through to his employees and quality of work. Love the result of their good work and will be spending lots of Happy Hours on our patio. They offered us three different ideas for our entire backyard. Our patio is stunning and we couldn t be happier than we are! They worked hard and showed up when they said they would! We really enjoyed every member of his crew and Patrick is a man of his word! We loved that he cared so much for his crew and for his customers!!! We even got to meet his Dad...what a delightful man. Family means a lot to Patrick and he will treat you like family too!
