The trimming job was perfectly done. The trimmers carefully avoided powerlines, trimmed exactly what we discussed, and did a super job cleaning up. I would hire them again.

Contracted to take down so many trees, took down way more than agreed upon so our HOA fined us for their work. Currently seeking legal action as no one in this office will take our phone calls!

They did an excellent and efficient job at a reasonable cost. There was a minor mishap, but they corrected it. Service with integrity!

We couldnâ  t be happier with Ortiz Tree Service! Their estimating process was fast, easy, and fair priced and they scheduled the needed services quickly. The seven-person crew worked together with great coordination and made their work look fun. Jose, the climber, was highly skilled and a joy to watch as he climbed and cut tall trees like he was a high wire artist! Finally, when they completed their work, they cleaned our yard beautifully and left no obvious signs they had been thereâ ¦.other than their excellent work. I highly recommend Ortiz Tree Service!!

I highly recommend Ortiz, they removed 3 large trees from my backyard and trimmed another tree. They had to work around a chain link fence, a pool and other trees, and did it flawlessly. They brought a crew of 8-10 people and they worked nonstop and did an extraordinary of cleaning up afterwards. The price was good also. Thank you Ortiz

I would strongly advise anyone considering this tree service to think twice before scheduling an appointment with them. The lack of communication, last-minute changes, and an apparent lack of commitment to the initial quote and timeline make them extremely untrustworthy and unreliable. I have learned the hard way to always have a backup plan when dealing with service providers like this one. To begin with, I scheduled a free quote in late August. During this initial visit, I emphasized my concerns about the timing, as I was worried about potential damage to my house and the fact that we had a fence surrounding the backyard, making it impossible to use heavy machinery. The guy assured me that his team could handle the job manually, even if it required taking down parts of the fence temporarily. After four weeks of silence, I decided to follow up on the scheduled work as the promised three-week time frame had passed. I had to send multiple text messages each week to get any response at all. Finally, I received a message, but it was far from satisfactory. He asked if I could remove the fence myself or pay an additional charge for it. This was perplexing and infuriating since the original quote was based on the actual situation he observed during his in-person visit. After waiting for weeks for his team to be available, it was beyond frustrating to find out that they were not willing to honor the initial agreement and had no intention of showing up as planned.

Complete professional service. They came with an army to clean up fallen trees. Removed all debris, blew off lawn, removing any remnants of trees. Definitely would use again.
