Reviews
Write a Reviewmy expectations were met and the results were even better than expected. I love the way my new bathroom turned out!
Definitely recommend Orellana home renovations they did an amazing job with our kitchen and dining room tile floors.
Do not hire this company unless you want to go through the process of a lawsuit. The hired company as part of a bathroom remodel. Bonded and insured? Told yes, but yet nothing on file in the state of TN. Paid over 6K to have work done and had to pay another 6K to have their shoddy work redone. My favorite? Upstairs bathroom sink plumbing was not hooked up; they installed new drywall to the ceiling below. Had the water been turned on upstairs in the sink with the plumbing not connected, it would have blown out the new drywall. Orlando, the main contact, knew of all the problems. When I asked to fix plumbing issues it went from being yes ma-am to radio silence. He knew work was shoddy and did not stand by his company; in fact, even tried to strong arm me for final payment when work was not completed. Even said his plumber was not part of his company after my lawyer sent a letter asking for a full refund. Yes, after screwing up my bathroom project I had to hire a lawyer in an attempt to get my money refunded. No response from this fraudulent company. They will be out of business soon with this work ethic but in the meantime, folks should be AWARE of their shoddy work and do not go near them with a ten-foot pole. Hiring them was the WORST mistake of my life. Because of them, my bathroom project was over budget and the schedule was extended by five additional months to find new plumbers to fix their work. Also, I had purchased all of my bathroom fixtures in advance. They did not even measure anything. What did this mean? I had an exposed double sink with uneven plumbing that looked like a two-year-old installed (I give the two-year-old more credit). Never even tried to correct the situation. If you think this is just a rant, I have pictures to back up all of their nightmare work. None of what they put in their contract was done. Horrible. Stay away.
Professional workmanship done in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Highly recommend this company.
Built us a Full Tile shower did a great Job! Definitely will Be reaching out for future projects
Very neat in their work . They kept me informed about each next step to be preformed. I would certinaly use them again.
We used Orellana Home Renovations to remodel our walkout basement. We enclosed an old TV cubby in the wall and added a bump out covered in stone tile and linear fireplace. Repainted all the walls and trim. Remodeled the bathroom and added new electrical and plumbing fixtures. Everything turned out great and we couldnâ t be more happy with the quality and service we received. We changed the design plan during the project and they didnâ t complain a bit. They were very patient and I never felt like they were hurrying our project so they could get to the next one. We already have some other projects lined up for these guys.
He did a beautiful job in a short amount of time.
Experienced drywallers did a good job!
they did a great job on my walls at a very fair price
