Set an appointment. Arrived on time. Gave me a fair assessment of the problem and what would be done to fix it. Appointment set. They arrived on time with everything they needed. Started the job and someone continued to work while others took lunch break...etc....and worked until completed! When I saw the completed job...I really wanted to hug them; but social distancing stopped me! This house is 40 years old...you can not tell that the chimney had ever aged....right down to the matching brick! Cleaned up was fabulous!! WHAT a TOUCH of CLASS!! I highly recommend this company!!! "I live in an antebellum house, built in 1837. Over the past 175 years some of the bricks underneath the fireplace in the living room and gathering room had crumbled. The floor needed repairs and leveling. I contacted 4 companies to evaluate the problem and develop a solution. Luke Griffin, with Mr. Foundation, was the only person who actually went under the house and took pictures of the problem for us to see. We were able to see what was happening at the fireplaces. He then studied the problem and the next day offered us a solution. They came and installed steel beams with stainless steel jacks, leveled the floors and resolved the problem. I tell people an elephant now could jump up and down on the floors. Would I recommend Mr. Foundation?? 100%!!! And, FYI, their price was considerably less than two of the other companies."
