We contacted Steve due to an ant problem and a possible squirrel in the attic problem. He came out within 24 hrs. We definitely have both problems and he started treating the ant infestation immediately. He returned the next day(a Saturday) to examine the crawl space and found there is a nest. He set a humane cage with bait and Iâ m confident she will be caught and released elsewhere.

Steve came out to do a routine bug spray. He is very through in checking where he will be spraying and in doing this found termite damage that was new. It was in the beginning stages so I am thankful that he took the time to inspect and found this start to a very costly issue if not caught in time. Steve was great and I will be having him come back to continue with the bug spray.

My husband and I just bought a house with previous termite damage that was successfully treated and wanted to know how to prevent future problems. Since we also needed an ant problem treated, Steve offered to do the termite inspection for free. Although there were no termites, I discovered that the inspector we hired BEFORE buying the house had mistaken where all the previous damage was. Steve took the time to really show me where all the damage was and assured me that there were no live termites. He then discussed several ways to treat the ants and options for preventing a reinfestation of termites. I never felt pressured into buying any particular treatment or maintenance plan for either the ants or the termites. Steve took the time to answer all my questions and concerns, and I never felt as if he was "over playing" any issues in order to persuade me to spend more money. We had a SEVERE ant problem that we had been trying to treat ourselves for months without success and Steve explained what he thought the problem was and offered several options. After just one treatment, the change was dramatic. I would recommend Optimum Pest Control to anyone looking for an exterminator. In fact, I have already recommended them to many of my neighbors. I have dealt with several exterminator companies in the past, and inevitably my husband and I chose to deal with the problem ourselves. In this situation, I am so glad that I chose to give Optimum Pest Control a call. And due to an ongoing illness and limited mobility, Steve went above and beyond to make things easier for me. I cannot stress enough how satisfied my husband and I are with the service they provided, and will be using their services from now on.
