"The Bollman Bros company answers the phone when you call. They arrived on time and were very patient and courteous to me even though I was late meeting them for my own scheduled appt for the estimate. They were quick to assess the work required, which was install of a new claw foot tub, a new toilet, and a new sink for a recently built upstairs bathroom. All new lines had to be installed and ran down through a conduit and into the main line in the basement. They not only offered me a very generous estimate but said they could start and complete the job within a matter of a couple days. I had received NUMEROUS other quotes from plumbers within 1 mile of my house that were grossly over estimated by as much as 5'x higher that the BOLLMAN BROS. So I accepted their offer and they completed the job in way less time than I thought it would take. It's been a couple of months and everything is working perfectly. I can't tell you how nice it is to relax in some epsom salt in a claw foot tub! Just outstanding work by capable, reliable and fair people. "We were without water in 2019, and was dreading the cost and time when a plumber could come. Someone suggested this company and we called figuring we were going to wait a week or be charged an outrageous price, but what were we going to do. We called this company, and to our surprise, he came the next morning, he also installed a pump in our well, and we had water within hours, that same day! We were with out heat this Nov 2021. We had burned wood and then coal.Our coal stove went out, and we decided we were done messing with it. We called the same company, and Mr. Trump and Ben came, again the next day. They inspected and gave a estimated cost . We accepted and 2 days later Ben and another were here and installed a heat pump and returned the next day to finish the work so we had heat. The central air needed completed and as soon as they received the parts, they scheduled and completed that work too I would recommend this company to everyone. If he does for you as quickly, and efficiently as he did for us. You will be a happy customer. I need to add, he didnâ t gouge us because we needed immediate help. We didnâ t see any increase and were very happy with the end results. There was nothing to clean up after they left. They were polite and got the job done. Explained how to use the controls and answered all of our questions.Again, the price is so reasonable. And fast. When your without convenience of water, or heat on a cold night, it makes you really appreciate a business that makes it seem like no big deal. They can handle it. Iâ d recommend and will say this is one of the best , honest and trustworthy companies around this area."

"My current water heater was thirteen (13) years old and I knew it would not last much longer. I have been considering a tankless water heater for some time now and read good reviews regarding Noel Enterprises. I called to set an appointment and the owner/president, Leon Clayberger, came out to my house the next day to explain in detail everything involved with installing a tankless water heater. The brand they recommend is Rinnai. Leon was very detailed and thorough in his presentation to me and guaranteed the quoted price. He wouldn't even take a down payment!! That is how confident he was in his product. We then proceeded downstairs to my basement so that I could show him where my current water heater is and where I would like my new tankless water heater to go. My current water heater took up a lot of space in the small closet that it was located in, which was an unusual position for it to be placed. It was put there when the house was built, so I really had no choice in the matter. I wanted the new tankless water heater to be placed in a hidden corner of my basement, which is exactly where Leon said it would have to go!! Worked out perfectly. We set up a date for the following week to have the unit installed. Come installation day, Leon and his crew arrived a bit early, which was fine by me. I was impressed to see that the owner/president came with his crew to oversee the entire installation process. He informed me that he went out on every job his company did. This to me is the mark of an owner who truly cares about his customers. It took about four (4) hours to install the tankless water heater. The entire crew was courteous and neat. They also removed my old water heater free of charge!! Now the little closet where it was located is now a usable storage spot!! After the installation was over, the crew cleaned up everything very nicely and Leon took the time to explain to me how to maintain it and what to check for. The tankless water heater works like a charm!! You never run out of hot water and you don't have to constantly adjust the temperature during a shower when your hot water is getting low. Yes, it does take just a few more seconds for the water to heat up, but that is inherent with all tankless water heaters. Also, I can't hear a thing when I turn on my faucet or shower. I have read where some tankless water heaters make quite a bit of noise when in operation, but this one is very quiet. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the entire process. Also, there is a twenty (20) year guarantee with the tankless water heater!! Now that is impressive. Noel Enterprises' reputation and good reviews are well deserved. I plan on using them whenever I need service."
