Reviews
Write a ReviewThe whole job was professional and efficient. The team was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Would happily contract with them again.
From start to finish they are by far the absolute most professional, fair, company I have EVER had the pleasure to work with. I needed to have my underground oil tank removed (which had recently failed a pressure test.) I was selling my home and needed my tank removed as a condition for selling my home. ALL the other companies I spoke too painted a doomsday scenario in which I would have to pay 20 to 30 thousand dollars to remove. Shelly was comforting, and optimistic. She didn't fill me with terror or try to panic me more than I was already. She NEVER quoted me a massive estimate. Instead she gave me an estimate that was a fraction of every other estimate. When the day came to remove the tank the Optima team came promptly and was fully prepared to do the job. As Shelly predicted the job went flawlessly, and they found my tank had NOT leaked, and the tank was actually in good condition despite it's advanced age. Within a couple hours the tank was safely removed! Great job!!
Optima went out of their way from start to finish in the removal of a 275 gallon kerosene tank. Awesome communication, pricing and service. I cannot say enough good things about them.
From the onset, the first review of the work, through the entire project their personnel was friendly, very cooperative, knowledgeable, and professional. I had no need to stress and was very satisfied.
We had our 35 year old buried oil tank removed. We also had Optima Environmental Services install a new 330 gallon above ground oil tank in the basement. I can't say enough good things about this company. From the initial contact with Dan and Kevin, who assessed our needs and prepared the quote with references, to Shelley who coordinates it all, and the actual installers, George and Walker. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. All of our questions/concerns were addressed. Optima dealt with getting the necessary permits, having the building inspector on site, the soil tested and will provide the completed documentation, showing the tank is out, the soil is uncontaminated with the closed permit and c. o.. They also left the removal site in excellent condition. It was a true pleasure to work with this company. They are up front and honest about your project. They completed our project on time and without cost overruns. We are very satisfied customers for sure!
Professional and punctual.
They did exactly what they explained, the rep was very professional and friendly. The guys that did the digging and tank removal were so pleasent to work with and explained how it would be done and the testing required. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company
Prompt service
All of the folks we dealt with were knowledgeable, pleasant, professional at all levels and completed the job in less than a day.Engineers, George and Steven were great and very communicative. The work was done correctly, and carefully, and the saleswoman Shelley gave us much information and confidence that work would be done quickly and efficiently, and it was. Down to touch up paint on the new tank. This company took care of permits and cleanup. Everything was covered from start to finish. Highly recommend them.
Very Professional
