Reviews
Write a ReviewHire at your own risk. I had to fire their first crew and their second. Quality of work does not exist with them. I was taken advantage of as a woman with the subpar crew, and when I fired the first crew and held them accountable they began to treat me terribly. When spending a large amount of money for a bathroom and kitchen reno and other small jobs, higher expectations and customer service and quality of work should be received.
The team at Open Concept Creations just finished work on my house and did an outstanding job. I had a very short timeframe for completion and they delivered within that window. I had a water leak that resulted in new floors, new carpet, sheetrock and painting. Everyone was very professional and attentive. This was the first work I have ever had done to any house and was very pleased with the outcome and everyone involved. I would recommend Open Concept Creations and use them again if the need arises going forward.
Work was completed as promised.
They can do all kind of services and they are always very professional, coming on budget on a great value.
Contract with Alan Aday at your own risk. He is now doing business as Open Concepts Creations, LLC. I contracted with Alan Aday in May of 2020 to convert a solarium to a screened-in porch. He agreed to supply all the labor and necessary materials for the project and told me that the project was supposed to take two weeks. It was not done for almost two months. The entire process was a tremendous struggle. Alan and his people did poor quality work to the point that we had to spend an additional $1,200 fixing the damage his workers caused. Although he gave a warranty that should have reimbursed me for the extra expenses, when I asked him about it, he failed to meet with me, did not respond, and I have never heard from him again. Alan and his team attempted to double bill me for items included in the contract. They also tried to substitute cheaper materials than originally agreed-upon. His team failed to level the floor correctly, causing the flooring to pop. When his team attempted to take up the floor, the planks were damaged to the extent they could not be used again. I later learned from a friend that he had experienced similar problems.
Alan and his crew have become my go-to guys for any home projects. Their work has been top notch, they are on time and dependable.
Fantastic! I will not be using anyone else ever again. They listened and finished faster than planned. Everything turned out just the way I wanted it! Thank you!
Alan and his team did a great job of doing some electrical updates and additions as well as painting some accent walls. I definitely feel like they went above and beyond to provide great service. Alan was very communicative and they completed the work in a timely manner. Definitely recommend!
They did exactly what they said they would do and tthe time that they would do it. Would definitely use them again.
