Put in a physical smaller capacitor but said it had the same power. Then talked me into a startup capacitor that the more expensive units have. We will see if this really prevents the capacitor from dying every couple of years. I have paid for labor to have this Goodman outside unit to have the part replaced every two years since it was new.

Within 2 hours of filling out the HomeAdvosir form I had contact from this company about the job I needed done. Professionalism, expertise, knowledge and courtesy of personnel was absolutely top notch. Estimate was very reasonable, time frame to complete the job was within a 24 hour period (actually came back to the house the same day to do the work and completed the job). I would, and will highly recommend this company to anyone needing A/C work.....especially under mobile homes.

The customer service was excellent! When I first filled out the form on HomeAdvisor I received a call back very soon after. When I called the company back they were very professional and friendly. The person they sent out was knowledgeable and very nice. He didn't have any problems with me watching while he checked to see what was wrong and he showed me what the issue was when he found it.
