Showed up quickly, worked efficiently, patched the problem awaiting parts (Summer, Florida, Looooong night ahead). Good diagnosis, too. Coulda tried to sell a new unit. Only issue - prices for condensor fan motor and motor cap were high.

I was promised a dehumidifier thermostat as part of the installation and I added it to the sign off sheet. I called the company the day after and complained about the temperature in the master bedroom and bathroom and asked about the thermostat. I was told that the system that was installed was not compatible for a thermostat. They returned a few days later to install another vent in the master bedroom, I asked the installers about the thermostat again because the humidity in the house was at 90 %. I was told that they would get back to me, one week later I am still waiting.

The technicians completed the work professionally. The only issue I had was that they did not have all parts with them when they came in to install the A/C unit. They did not complete the job with the missing part a week later.

The AC drain pipe was cleaned mechanically, to stop the AC from leaking water in the garage. Useful maintenance information was provided, as well as the offer of further maintenance service. Because an external plastic drain pipe had a leak and was left with the leak not fixed, I have to rate the work as 3.5 stars instead of five-star.
