I am giving James the best rating I can but I sure wish the price wasn't so high. It will be almost $600.00 to replace the dryer and it isn't getting cheaper. I will have him back on this coming Friday to make the repairs. James is a class act and I sure hope he gets his wish. I will also use them at the new house once we get moved in.

Stuart arrived on time on a Saturday, knew exactly what was wrong in minutes. Replaced the capacitor (had one on the truck) and AC was back in business in about 30 minutes. Most congenial and professional. Would highly recommend One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning.
