Asked for money up front. End product not worth the money. Tough to communicate with. Would not recommend, many other better options

This guy went through HomeAdvisor one and one half years ago and never answered my emails or phone calls. Then he went through HomeAdvisor again this spring and did get in touch with me. The money up front was a standard retainer we require. This guy did not have a clue as to what he needed done. We suggested options but he was not interested in anything different. We explained to him what he needed. He wanted sketches that the owner of complex could look at and we did that just as he asked for.. We answered all his emails and calls. Some people just can not be satisfied, he is one of them.... He also said what we did was fine, so who knows what is going through his mind. He was VERY pushy and I did this for him in time frame quoted. Hope he is better to work with for the next person.......

Easy to work with. Only works 3-4 days per week. If you know what you want he is great. I plan to use him again soon for a different project.

David Olsen has a great sense of detail and knowledge of his profession. He took some time with the plans, but it was worth it. He listened and had suggestions all throughout the planning stage. There were a few changes to the plans with minimal costs. I would hire him again.
