The salesman told me something other than was actually possible with our house. What they did was good, but did not fix the problem that I was most concerned about.

Most of the cracks in my walls partially closed; however, other cracks appeared. My add-on room was separated from the main portion with an approximately 1-inch opening at the top to the outside. The roof was severely damaged to that portion of the house, resulting in ceiling getting wet and hanging in one corner of the room -- also wet places on my kitchen ceiling which have never appeared before. Of course, Olshan is not legally responsible for any of the damage because I signed a contract stating they would not be held responsible for any damage -- hope no one else is so nave!

There was a crew of four men. The leadman of the crew was well mannered and knowledgeable of the task at hand.They covered my furniture with plastic to prevent dust accumulation.They completed the project in one day. They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. I would recomend these pros.

After interviewing several pros, Olshan was the right fit. Their warranty is unparalleled. I've had the work done for awhile now - the one time I needed an adjustment, they came quickly and addressed the problem without issue. They are a little pricier than others, but the peace of mind that comes with a lifetime transferable warranty is worth it.

they really surprised me!!!! the inspector was very honest and told me to get a good bricklayer to redo the separation in the wall because it was probably a thermal expansion and could be repaired very easly. I will certainly be a very good advertizer for them.

The salesman was informed and engaged and understood my situation. During the piering of my house, the crew found that the house had been piered years before. The crew boss communicated well as we discussed options. Because of the technology used in the old piering (it was attached directly to the foundation), Olshan was unable to raise the dropped corner as much as I'd hoped. Still, they did an excellent job and I recommend them for foundation work.

quite pleased with my experience with olshan. my project was completed on-time and within budget. my only qualm was the lack of documentation provided after the project was completed -- requests for additional information on sump pump operation, warranty, etc. have still gone unfulfilled.

They could be more careful, during bad weather, coming in on carpet and floor coverings, they should be prepared to do things to keep from messing up a persons home.
