Came the same day I called. Was very honest. Explained that we really didn't need to have any major repairs done to the heat pump at this time. Cleaned up a few wiring connections and we were good to go. Will call for future repair work.

While other companies were quick to quote a complete system replacement and showed NO interest in repairs, Ohohna's owner came out quickly, inspected my unit and took the time to find the freon leak in the coil. Instead of an expensive complete replacement, I saved thousands of dollars by getting a part replaced. For my next HVAC need, I will still take bids, but I will be heavily biased in favor of these good people. The only issue I had was that they like to show up MUCH earlier than their scheduled time (twice). Be warned. Great people that really want to EARN your business.
