The first time that Ohohna came to my home to fix the AC American Home Shield sent them out. We just recently had a problem again with the AC and this time I requested them through American Home Shield. I received very fast service (next day) and they took care of the problem. Not only that, they were informative and helpful and this is why I requested them again. I've had some real losers come out, but Ohohna is NOT one of them.

Call within minutes when a/c broke on hottest day of year (Sunday afternoon). Owner arrived in less than hour., carefully checked everything, made diagnosis. Part needed to be ordered. 2 days later friendly tech fixed everything.

The owner came out and was my third quote. He took a very different approach and repaired the unit over replacing it, savimg me $2300. Total cost was $700.
