Off-Shift

Rob was great!! I needed our HOA gutters cleaned out before the snow buried the fall leaves a 3rd time. He showed up when he said he would and provided us a quote and we hired him immediately. He started work a couple of days later and over the course of two days he removed and bagged all the leaves that were clogging our gutters. We have oak trees surrounding the homes so the gutters were heavily plugged. Rob came out over the course of two days, after the sun thawed out the morning frost and dug out the gutters by hand and contained everything in bags which kept the ground clean. He added a couple of hangers to one of the gutters were it was loose. He cleaned out all the gutters with a hose and ensured the downspouts were clear. I was very pleased with the service and the price. I would not hesitate to hire Rob again or recommend him. It's nice to have someone do what they say they would.

Robert did a really good job cleaning our gutters. What's nice is he bags them up on the roof rather than blow them off onto the ground. We were very happy with Robert and will hire him again.

I hired Off Shift to do multiple small projects. He canceled the first time, never showed the second. When I called to find out why he didn't show up, he apologized and rescheduled for a third time and didn't show again. Extremely unreliable!

We contacted the web service and within less than five minutes had a phone call from Off Shift. Robert is very professional, efficient and reasonably priced. He asked how soon we wanted the work done which was a soon as possible. He came within two hours. He cut our lawn in no time even though it was quite high. He weed whipped, raked and used a blower on the sidewalk and drive as well. Robert is accommodating , pleasant , thorough and does a superb job.

The job was just to replace the panels on the fence in the backyard. Robert came out for an estimate and told me that the posts were fine and I only had to get new panels and he'd put them up. We set an appt for 8:00. At 8:45 that morning, I had to call to see if he was coming. He said he was on his way. Having made special arrangements to be here at 8:00, this lack of communication and punctuality really irritated me. Rob finally showed after 9:00. He didn't stop in to say he was here - he just got to work. I'm glad I didn't have any special instructions for the job! In the end, the fence looks nice. It is almost all level side to side but not really front to back. I assume that this is because the posts are no longer square - a fact that I would have appreciated having been notified about and given the opportunity to rectify. All in all, this is a passing job because you really can't tell by looking at the fence that there is anything wrong. And the cost was so much lower than any other estimate that I got that it's hard to complain.

Big Rob was awesome! He did exactly what I needed! His price was also the best! I will definitely call "Off Shift" (Rob) again for all of my waste material removal needs in the future! 5 stars!!!

Rob did all the trim work in my kitchen. He did an excellent job at an extremely reasonable price. Very nice, professional guy. I will definitely hire him back for more work. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Rob!
