Brian showed up was looking at what I needed done and pointed out some immediate concerns he had that wound up being more of an emergency fix I needed and didn't realize. He then got to work on fixing the issue almost immediately after discussing and explaining it with me. He also was very friendly while working on the job and as I put it "Provided a job well done and a show." haha

Brian was very professional and informative during his process. He kept me up to speed on what he was actually doing and preventative measures for the future.

I was having a problem with getting hot water, Brian inspected the hot water heater and determined that I should replace it. He offered options on repairing it but based on the age and condition of the unit I decided to replace it . Brian offered a 40 gallon heater to replace the 30 gallon. Good choice! I will have Brian back to do more work at my house . I highly recommend him. He does great work at a fair price!
