He never has the time to listen, always in a hurry or distracted. Never answers a callback. Consequences: Wrong color selection and application. Never tried to solve the miscommunication. Instead, he wants me to pay more $$$ to correct the mistake they did. A waste of time and money. Just a shame.

1. They did not show or call on initial scheduled day resulting in a wasted day for me. 2. They canceled the next scheduled day due to weather forecast. 3. On new scheduled day they arrived without paint even though color choices were sent to them a month earlier and they acknowledged receipt. 4. They asked if we had a bucket that they could use. 5. They asked to use our bathroom within a half hour of arriving and twice more during the day. 6. Paint job was less professional than I expected for the price ($877 for six windows and a front door). 7. Office personnel were very courteous.

The efficiency of the work by the two men on the job was unbelievable. They prepped and painted 4 rooms, 2 baths, an alcove, 2 exterior doors, and 8 exterior support posts in less than 2 full days. They were sure to get my appraisal through out the job .My entire experience with this company from start to finish was great.
