There was a mishap with the painting. When I brought it to the supervisors attn the problem was acknowledged. The correction was made. The company was true to their word.

Overall great job and experience. Did leave some paint on the carpet and had to come back to touch up a few areas. Would hire again.

The paint job in our home was top notch. The painters showed up on time, worked diligently and in a timely fashion. When they were finished, everything was cleaned up to perfection. I would highly recommend if you want good work that is very reasonably priced.

I don't understand why CertaPro painters don't go over their work and look for the areas they missed. I do not believe they gave my home 2 coats in most of the rooms. I don't understand why they don't utilize little brushes for the smaller areas. I don't understand why there is more paint on the electrical sockets then there is on the walls. I don't understand why the same people are being sent back to fix the mistakes. For every fix they come back to fix, they make two other mess ups. I have painted these areas myself. I did the laundry room shelves myself after they messed those up TWICE. I can't do any worse. After's yesterday's banging the wall with his ladder. . . AND opening a can of paint & painting on newly laid ceramic tile without a drop cloth laid under the can (they had a two week window to complete an EMPTY 1600 ft house before new floors were being laid and they had to come back a third time after floors were laid) I have had enough. I paid over $5000 for this aggravation. I took all the switch plate covers off for them to save them time. My husband did 80% of the sanding & spackling to save them time. They nicked my tub floor and shower stall floor with their ladder 4 times. I no longer want CertaPro back in my home.

The project came out awesome. Mostufa and his team were polite and respectful. They kept us informed of where the project was and made suggestions along the way. I would highly recommend anyone looking for quality yet an efficiently done job consider Certa Pro in the future. Jeff O was great in establishing the price and followed up immediately to make sure we were totally satisfied.
