Oscar is very informative, punctual, professional, and neat. He has great communication skills and was an absolute sweetheart. We had a lot we had to fix in the house and he made it so easy. He gave great recommendations on what to purchase.

Oscar was very helpful with a series of issues in the house amongst them replacing the thermostat for the floor heating in the master bathroom as well as replacing the light bulb in an exterior light which was pretty hard to remove.

He showed up on time and went right to work. The quote for the work was very reasonable and the quoted price is what he charged. The work was done quickly and efficiently with the appropriate materials and he left the work site cleaner than the way he found it. I very happy we hired him. Thanks Oscar.
