He was punctual and clear in his communication with us regarding any safety concerns and potential issues, making sure we understood everything as we walked through the home together. He was so patient with us and answered any and all questions we had during the inspection. NYFHI was not only extremely thorough he provided a detailed report of the entire inspection in the end. The Inspection report provided detailed photos along with detailed descriptions for each photo noting hazards and what needs to be done to remedy the issues.
