They stated what they would do & went above & beyond in giving us options for our project - very professional, customer service oriented & payed attention to detail. They were very hands on & a pleasure to contact a company anythime with questions or clarifcation & talk to a live person. Mr Bornman sent a roof repair technician out, who identified the problem, gave an estimate on repairs and the best way to repair the problem. He fixed the problem and identified several areas that may become a problem and took steps to prevent it. After work wa completed, he did all the cleanup and left looking like nothing was done at all, which is in my experience unusual. A job well done!
